Employment and beyond
After graduating from Tupu Rangatahi, the youth will work alongside our team to identify the industry and career pathway that best aligns with their interests, strengths and aspirations.
We’ll support them with interview preparation and attending interviews. We’ll also work alongside our programme partners and business community to help them explore opportunities and apply for paid employment.
Importantly, getting a job isn’t the end of the programme. Once rangatahi have secured employment, our team will provide ongoing pastoral care, checking in with both rangatahi and employers to help navigate challenges, build confidence and ensure they continue learning and developing in the workplace.
